LVI/Fraud Litigation Executive

A fantastic national practice with extensive Merseyside network is currently looking to recruit a confident and talented Personal Injury Litigator (Fee Earner/Paralegal or Solicitor) to work within its technical LVI and Fraud unit. Working with a team of experienced fee earners in a close-knit environment, you'll become part of a dedicated and specialist team.

The practice is highly regarded for its specialist Personal Injury and insurance offering and prides itself on providing the highest level of service to its insurer clients.

You will be given responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA claims (LVI), which you'll handle from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will possess previous experience in the LVI or Fraud arena, but if you have a strong background in RTA litigation and are looking to progress to dealing with a more technical caseload, you're actively encouraged to apply.You will have a good working knowledge of relevant case law and/or legislation, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met. You'll be working out of modern commercial offices and be supported by the wider senior team and heads of department to allow you to  progress and further your career.
