Location: Liverpool, L3 9LQ

Salary: starting salary £35,000 - £45,000 experience dependant + uncapped commission (OTE £55k to £65k)

Job Description:

As the Branch Manager of the Liverpool branch you will be joining not only a very established team but taking on a branch that has a well-established client base that you will be expected to grow and develop further.

Main duties of our Branch Manager:

  • Managing the branch budget
  • Responsible for all aspects of the branch performance and service delivery
  • Reach as a minimum agreed sales and performance targets
  • Ensure a suitable pool of candidates are available to fill vacancies and/or bookings and to respond promptly to bookings
  • To recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy, including advertising promotional activities, utilising all existing resources within the office in order to fill vacancies/bookings
  • To support and assist the resourcer with the registering, interviewing, testing and referencing of candidates when necessary.
  • Client attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activities.
  • Candidate attraction; developing a new candidate pool to fulfil vacancies identified through the client attraction process.

Person Specification:

  • Recruitment or sales background
  • Drive and Resilience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you’ll be comfortable on the phone as you are writing emails
  • Experience of working in a faced paced environment and be resilient and flexible.
  • Strong attention to detail and be a completer/finisher
  • Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of all Office applications
