Energy Sales Executive

Speke

£20-23k basic plus uncapped bonus; average is £500 per month

9am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Start date - 17th Feb

Southam Selections are working with an Energy Brokers based in Speke who are looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents who can contact customers who have tariffs with a very well known Energy Provider and your job will be to provide a new quote.

You will start off by generating leads and passing them over to a colleague who will close the sale.

The longer you work there, you will progress into the closing team and you will be making very good commission, as well as your own pipeline so the longer you work there, the less calls you make and easier the commission will be.

  • You don’t need experience in sales but you do need to have a proactive attitude and want to succeed.
  • You need strong listening skills
  • You need to think outside of the box for getting through the decision makers
  • You need to be patient - the longer you work here, the easier the job gets.
  • You need to be money motivated becuase the comission is very high
  • You need to be a strong team player
