We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Framework Manager to join our client's team and support the growth of the business. This pivotal role is based in Liverpool and focuses on managing and strengthening strategic relationships with a key framework provider within the water sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with framework clients and stakeholders. Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience strategies.

  • Project Pipeline Development:Identify and cultivate relationships with Tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors. Develop and manage a project pipeline to support internal stakeholders.

  • Customer Engagement:Conduct client visits, seek sustainable business opportunities, and manage project submissions to drive growth.

  • Framework Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to framework agreements, KPIs, and SLAs. Manage financial aspects, provide reports, and maintain compliance with framework policies.

  • Sustainability & Social Value:Promote ESG principles and actively participate in social value initiatives, charity functions, and industry events.

  • Resource Management & Support:Collaborate with regional teams to ensure equipment availability, support emergency requirements, and provide timely updates to clients.

What We're Looking For
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven success in framework and client relationship management within the water, rental, or utility sector.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
