Our client, a global education sector business with a platform for sharing educational success, training, and ideas, seeks a Marketing Manager to grow their digital community, increase engagement, and source qualified leads. Reporting to the COO, this role will support the delivery of targets outlined in the business plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan for lead generation, setting clear objectives, goals, and metrics.
- Design and implement marketing plans for various product lines and campaigns.
- Monitor the ROI of marketing campaigns and manage budget allocation based on campaign success.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth on sales & marketing strategies and report progress.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of outsourced tasks and achievement of KPIs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Canva, and Monday.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Relevant qualifications and training in Marketing.
- A self-starter with the ability to work to targets independently.
