International Account Manager
Location: Flexible (Hybrid approach - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office, with one day on-site each week)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with distributors and oversee the entire sales territory across Europe.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage a large portfolio of existing clients and generate new business.
- Collaborate with the existing Sales Manager and provide shared support.
- Engage in international sales and work across different cultures and environments.
- Handle account management and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, proactive sales environment.
- Experience with distributors and selling physical products.
- Ability to work with different cultures and languages.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Open to candidates with transferable skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of £65,000 - £75,000.
- Bonus structure currently under review to ensure competitive and rewarding compensation.
