International Account Manager

Location: Flexible (Hybrid approach - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office, with one day on-site each week)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with distributors and oversee the entire sales territory across Europe.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage a large portfolio of existing clients and generate new business.
  • Collaborate with the existing Sales Manager and provide shared support.
  • Engage in international sales and work across different cultures and environments.
  • Handle account management and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, proactive sales environment.
  • Experience with distributors and selling physical products.
  • Ability to work with different cultures and languages.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Open to candidates with transferable skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of £65,000 - £75,000.
  • Bonus structure currently under review to ensure competitive and rewarding compensation.
