At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for an Experienced Social Media & Digital PR Manager to join a leading professional services company based in the Liverpool area.

Salary: up to £40,000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 20 days, Birthday , Christmas period & Bank Holidays
Location: Liverpool
Working Hours: 35 hours - Hybrid Working

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee and manage daily social media activities across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
    • Create engaging and on-brand content that reflects our ethos, values, and mission.
    • Collaborate with senior management and team members to ensure brand consistency and a unified online presence.
  • Digital PR Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies to boost brand awareness and online reputation.
    • Identify media opportunities, target journalists, bloggers, and influencers to pitch stories and secure media coverage.
    • Develop and distribute press releases, pitch letters, and other communication materials to promote key initiatives.
  • Media Outreach & Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, industry influencers, and other media contacts to secure ongoing coverage and collaborations.
    • Monitor media coverage and manage press requests efficiently.
  • Content-Driven Initiatives:
    • Assist in the production and promotion of content-driven activities such as webinars, podcasts, and online events.
    • Ensure that all content is aligned with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyse Digital PR performance metrics, including social media analytics, media coverage, and campaign outcomes.
    • Prepare detailed reports to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements for future initiatives. to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital PR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience creating press releases, pitches, blog posts, and other media materials.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with branding, content strategy, and PR best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working within legal sector desirable
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for PR.
  • Familiarity with podcast and webinar production.
  • A network of media contacts in relevant industries.
