Our client are a leading international health, safety, and environmental consultancy with over 25 years of experience and a strong presence worldwide. Due to continued success and growth, they're looking for dedicated Fire Risk Assessors in the Liverpool and Warrington area to work on type 4 compartmental, non destructive domestic properties.


The job:

  • Conduct thorough compartmentation fire risk assessments on residential properties
  • Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations for remedial works
  • Working on non destructive, type 4 compartmental domestic properties
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments

Essential Requirements:

  • Type 4 Fire Risk Assessor Qualification.
  • Proven experience in conducting compartmentation fire risk assessments
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and fire safety standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in managing remedial works following fire risk assessments
  • Familiarity with building materials and construction techniques
