We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join a growing company based in Liverpool. This role involves promoting a new recycling service to local businesses, a service that is both impactful and easy to sell. If you have experience in face-to-face sales and possess a clean driving license, this could be the perfect role for you. Whilst this role is a FTC, there is firm potential for a permanent post.Â
Day-to-day of the role:- Engage with local businesses in and around the Merseyside area to sell the recycling service, working towards set KPIs.
- Conduct regular business development activities to build strong working relationships.
- Perform sales and aftercare calls as required.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the service to ensure accurate and proactive selling.
- Handle any administrative tasks associated with the role.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Proven experience in retail or sales, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well-presented with a genuine passion for engaging with people.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a keenness to initiate improvements.
- Proficient in administrative, IT, and analytical tasks.
- Must have a clean driving license as a vehicle is provided for field sales activities.
- Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus.
