Learning Support Worker Immediate Start
Location: Crosby, Liverpool
Pay Rate: GBP95+ per day
Start Date: ASAP

Prospero Teaching is looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Workers to join a school in Crosby, Liverpool. This role focuses on providing essential support to students with additional learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role:
Offering 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges.
Assisting students in building confidence and independence in their learning journey.
Supporting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and activities.
Promoting positive behaviours and engagement in and outside the classroom.
About You:
Were looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children or young people with additional learning needs in an educational or care setting.
Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
Can remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
Holds relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
Contract/Position Details:
Location: Crosby, Liverpool
Type of Work: Full-time, long-term contract
Hours: 8:30 AM 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Duration: Ongoing, with potential for extension
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must:

Hold the right to work in the UK.
Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional references related to working with children.
