Hays Construction & Property are working alongside a leading specialist domestic property business to recruit a Contracts Manager to join this organisation
This isn't your "usual" Contracts Manager role, or your "usual" Construction Contractor, we are looking for someone with a niche, and specialist skillset
When you join this business, you will immediately be part of the senior management team so you need excellent management, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. You'll have an experienced character, be good with people and be able to drive culture through the business, and whilst dealing with your customers on site
Typical project values are anything from 5k through to 100k, and are all private domestic maintenance schemes of work. You'll be responsible for surveying the work, pricing the work and using the company systems to plan and programme projects. You'll plan and sequence trades and subcontractors and ensure the work is completed within time, and budget
You will have an excellent eye for quality and finishing and be responsible for managing quality on these projects - no matter how small the project!
To be considered for this position, you must have worked in a similar position previously. This is Domestic Property
Maintenance, but with a difference! You must have small works property maintenance experience to be considered
