Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality painting and decorating for both internal and external projects.- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling as needed.- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail.- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator with a strong portfolio of completed work.- Relevant qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating.- Proficient in various painting techniques and decorative finishes.- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
