Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling as needed.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating.
- Proficient in various painting techniques and decorative finishes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
