My client a successful and well respectedmanufacturer in the Liverpool areaare seeking a Site Contract Managerto drive and lead the business through a period of positive change and growth.

Reporting to Groupyou will be responsible for all operations and execution of plan to producing high quality products, as per customer demand, within budget,adhering to health and safety on site.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a 'people person' you will manage, develop and lead your teams.

You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Demonstrable senior management experience,within an automotivemanufacturing environment
• Strong and confident leader
• Proven track record of managingteams to deliver business targets
• P&L responsibility
• Able to implement and manage change
