We are seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support our client on an ongoing Social Housing maintenance improvement contract, working 39 hours per week and hourly rates up to £18ph. This is a site based role in South Liverpool with no home working but will be required to travel to the Wirral on occasion, so a driving licence is essential.

Your new role

  • Acting as key point of contract between tenants, contractors and colleagues
  • Coordinating access and scheduling appointments for surveys, pre/post work inspections, changes to schedule and addressing any issues that arise
  • Attending site visits to check on progress of works, listening to customer concerns/complaints and responding in a professional, timely manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and progress
  • Collating customer satisfaction surveys and resolving conflict
  • General administration duties, filing, updating records/logs, answering telephone and responding to emails

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a construction environment ideally within a social housing role with a basic understanding of health & safety
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict effectively and efficiently
  • Good administrative skills and computer confident
  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle
