Training Lead

Duration: 6 months

Location: Liverpool (2/3 days per week in the office)

Pay rate: £391 per day PAYE

Hours: 37.5 hour per week 

A new opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Training Lead to join a multinational company to manage and plan training for the implementation of Swiss TLM and German TLM & Payroll Implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a thorough analysis to understand the training needs of different employee groups.

• Identifying specific skills and knowledge gaps related to the new Payroll and TLM system.

• Designing a comprehensive training plan that includes objectives, timelines, and methodologies.

• Gather training materials working with our new vendor

• Work internally with business stakeholders to devise training materials and means of delivery

• Developing training materials such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations

• Utilising various training methods (in-person, virtual, recordings, manuals, information sessions) to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

• Coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, rooms arrangements, and resource allocation.

• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and surveys.

• Working closely with project managers, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on training results

• Maintaining detailed records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.

• Reporting progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Payroll training desirable

• Used cases of automation to facilitate delivery
