Credit Controller | £27,000 | Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established, reputable financial services business in Liverpool city centre. 

Due to business growth, a new opportunity has been created for a Credit Controller to further improve their collections department. 

As Credit Controller, you will take ownership of the B2B collections process in the timely collection of cash, reconciliations and reporting. Your day to day duties will consist of:

  • Chasing outstanding payments and invoices in order to reduce debt
  • Monitoring and carrying out necessary actions to ensure debt is maintained within a certain timeframe
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Resolving invoice queries both internally and externally
  • Reconciling and allocating of payments and accounts
  • Producing a monthly debt report and KPI reports
  • Adding value through continuous improvements and process development
  • Supporting the team in ensuring they meet relevant KPIs
