Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast growing, family run business based in Liverpool who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.Salary and Benefits Up to £3200025 days holiday + Bank HolidaysOffice basedFree parking on siteJob duties and responsibilitiesSetting up new customer accounts, following the credit check process Notifying daily sales invoices/credit notes through the online bank portal Dealing with and resolving various customer enquiries in a timely manner Credit control maintenance, to ensure payments are received on time and accurate notes are detailed on the customer file Management of the Credit Control email inbox Assisting the Finance Manager with debt management Organising any refunds or adjustments Process and send monthly customer statements Manage and reconcile company invoice finance facility. Liaise with other colleagues to ensure any anomalies are investigated and resolved Answering incoming calls Other duties appropriate to the roleSkills and abilities needed for the roleGood communicator with a positive 'can do' approach to the job Ability to prioritise and organise workload Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand new tasks Have a practical and methodical approach to tasks Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team Good numeracy skills Knowledge of working with Invoice financing
