Credit Controller FTC 14 Months | Liverpool | £30k

Seeking a dedicated and friendly individual who will work collaboratively to achieve excellence in debt recovery across all parts of the Group.

Credit controller key duties:

  • Reporting to our Credit Control Lead, you will support in the collection of outstanding debt across the business for all our divisions and locations.
  • You will build effective relationships with colleagues and customers to help in maintaining the financial health of our business by supporting debt recovery, processing credit card and online payments efficiently and accurately.
  • You will prepare for and participate in debt review meetings, providing clear reporting on outstanding balances.

Credit Controller requirements:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role for a large organisation, ideally working in a shared services environment
  • Be organised and perform all tasks in a structured manner
  • Have a high level of numerical and data entry speed and accuracy
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ideally have previous use of SAP, however full training will be provided if not
  • Be an intermediate level user of Microsoft Office, particularly with excel
