This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role offering a salary of £28,000 per year.Benefits include:

You’ll support the Export and Customer Services Manager by processing sales orders, responding to customer enquiries, and helping ensure smooth daily operations for both UK and international clients. Full training will be provided, and the role offers plenty of variety and long-term development opportunities.Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders accurately and on time
  • Answer non-technical customer enquiries
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain customer records, reserves, and standing orders
  • Provide bilingual support (English + German)
  • Use company accounting software for order and record management
  • Support ISO 9001 and GMP standards across department functions
  • Assist with stock control, including stock takes
  • Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
  • Handle packaging stock levels
  • Investigate customer complaints and contribute to corrective actions
  • Support warehouse and despatch teams as required
  • Carry out general administrative and support tasks as directed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and at German.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in customer service and complaint handling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP/FDA regulations
  • Understanding of international and European shipping regulations
