About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between the organisation and its valued customers. You will provide efficient and friendly responses while ensuring that all enquiries and orders are handled with care. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the direct liaison with external customers, delivering timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the accounts team in resolving customer invoice queries.
  • Lead order book reviews, ensuring clarity and transparency with customers.
  • Provide feedback on delivery issues and collaborate with various teams to resolve them.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders in the system within the given timescale.
  • Respond to Requests for Quotations and manage order rescheduling.
  • Maintain organised daily reports and assist the Sales Administration team as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade A, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Strong business acumen and a numerate mindset.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel and Google Docs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously or within a team.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • An excellent communicator who is customer-focused.
  • Performance-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • A current driving licence is essential.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Graduate status and experience in automotive.
