Job role: Customer Service Claims Handler

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day. Rotating shifts between 8-6pm Monday-Friday, with some weekend work

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 24,255, plus an achievable performance related bonus, paid quarterly once established within your role.

What you will be doing:

  • Thorough investigation of liability following a road traffic collision
  • Assessment of vehicle damages using the relevant tools
  • Proactive settlement of claims in line with best practice and key strategies
  • Validate all motor claims for indemnity and fraud
  • Effective file and portfolio management
  • Any other Ad hoc task as the needs of the business dictate
  • Accountability for own performance against set objectives
