Service Advisor - Liverpool

We're looking for a Service Advisor to join my client's team at their site in Liverpool.

The Role

As the first point of contact for service queries, you'll coordinate with the workshop, parts warehouse, and accounts team to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle service queries and bookings professionally

Keep customers updated on vehicle status and costs

Work with internal teams to ensure efficient repairs and servicing

Process orders, estimates, and invoices accurately

Promote after-sales services and additional products

What You Need

Experience in customer service (automotive experience essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-moving environment

IT proficiency (technical knowledge is a plus)
