Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client and matter data is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Identify and fix data errors through regular checks.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
  • Support colleagues in best data management practices.
  • Help improve data tools and processes.
  • Maintain and update data systems, including Intake, OnePlace, and Aderant.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Experience in a Data Steward or similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
