Are you a skilled and dedicated Dietitian with experience in acute care and nutrition support? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Locum Band 6 Dietitian in Liverpool!

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dietitian to provide essential nutrition care and support to patients in an acute healthcare setting. This role requires expertise in managing nutrition support, including tube feeding, to ensure patients receive optimal nutritional care. The position is full-time and offers an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension based on service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dietetic assessment, treatment, and management of patients requiring nutrition support, including enteral feeding.

  • Work within an acute care environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Support patient discharge planning by ensuring continuity of nutrition care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with NHS guidelines and standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Demonstrated experience in providing nutrition support, including tube feeding.

  • Previous experience working within the NHS or a comparable acute healthcare system.
