- Ensuring all learner enrolment data is inputted on to our client's MIS database in an accurate and compliant manner, in line with ESFA and auditing requirements.
- Booking learner examinations.
- Submission of timely and accurate data to the finance team, relating to contracts and projects.
- Ensure all contract claims data is submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintenance of records.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Must possess a background within auditing and compliance, ideally within the training sector - though this is not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience of meeting deadlines.
- Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers through a variety of methods
- Strong administration / customer service skills.
