Position: Early Career Teacher (Primary School)
Is your role coming to an end or are you looking for a new opportunity, we are looking for a cross key stage ECT to support a school with PPA Cover. This gives you the opportunity to work with different year groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active learning.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and career progression.
Engage with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to support student success and well-being.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) program.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on student's lives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
