Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the early year's foundation stage (EYFS) and contribute to the planning and delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of EYFS curriculum activities.

  • Support individual and group learning activities.

  • Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Early Years qualification or a minimum of 3 months of relevant experience.

  • Phonics experience is a preference.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Passionate about early childhood education and development.
