Our early years setting in Southport is dedicated to supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our early years team. This is a full-time position, ongoing until the end of the academic year 2025, where you will play a crucial role in supporting young children with SEND in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to children with SEND in the early years setting.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of tailored education plans.

  • Support classroom activities and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support children's progress.

  • Monitor and report on children's development and achievements.

Requirements:
