Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Liverpoolsecondary school rated 'Good' by Ofsted.
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to support a female student. The student in question has been assessed and it is felt that a female Teaching Assistant would be better suited to the child's needs. The role is to start immediately and is a longterm position. It is Monday - Friday, 8.20am - 3pm, term time only.
The successful Teaching Assistant would be working under the direction of the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator.
Your role would be to support the student with her academic learning as well as in developing her social, emotional, and mental health.

Full Time: 8.20am - 3pm
To start: ASAP until 18th July 2025
Full Time: Monday - Friday, Term time only
Pay £90 a day
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and patience.
- Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.
- Full and complete 10-year career history
- Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Legal right to work in the UK.
