Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: West Derby
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm
Responsibilities: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in an EYFS class, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing 1:1 support to a child in EYFS
- Assisting with classroom activities and lessons.
- Supporting individual students with their learning needs.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the classroom.
- Supervising students during breaks and outdoor activities.
Requirements: The specific requirements for this Teaching Assistant position may vary, but typically, schools look for candidates who have:
- Relevant experience working with children, especially in an educational setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
