Roles Available:We have opportunities for TAs in various locations including Liverpool, Knowsley, Wirral, and Sefton.
Your Role:- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in creating engaging lessons for students at various levels.
- Student Development: Support academic progress, social growth, and emotional well-being of students.
- SEN Support: Provide personalized assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Inclusive Environment: Promote a positive, inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with children in primary or secondary education.
- A caring and proactive attitude, with a focus on student support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work across different year groups and schools.
- Competitive Pay: £85 - £90 per day, based on experience and role.
- Referral Bonus: Earn £300 for recommending a fellow TA.
