Your Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to help students thrive academically and personally.
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in overcoming challenges.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- UK-based teaching experience is essential.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience working with children in primary or secondary education.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
