Your Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside experienced teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring every child feels confident and valued.
- Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them overcome challenges.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to promote a positive learning experience.
- Experience in a UK school setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference.
