Your Role and Responsibilities:- Provide essential classroom support to ensure all students can fully engage in lessons.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, resource management, and classroom activities.
- Offer one-on-one and small-group support to students who need extra guidance.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that builds student confidence.
- Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.
- Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, supportive approach with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
