Your Role:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Support children with additional learning needs to reach their full potential
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children in a school setting (UK experience preferred)
- A proactive and positive approach to learning support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two references from the last five years, including one safeguarding reference
