About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with diverse SEND needs.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored lessons and help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
- Be available for flexible, supply work - perfect for someone looking for variety and the ability to adapt to different school settings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to daily requests.
- Previous TA experience or a relevant qualification would be advantageous.
