In this role, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 3 pupil with global developmental delay, following a personalised timetable that includes sensory breaks to enhance their learning and well-being. This term-time position also offers the potential for a permanent role within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support, ensuring the child's individual needs are met.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons.
  • Use patience and empathy to encourage positive behaviour and address challenges.
  • Build a trusting relationship with the student, offering both academic and emotional support.
