Job Title: Electrician.
Location: Liverpool and surrounding areas
Salary: 36,000-38,000, van and fuel card.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a leading social housing subcontractor based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to assess the condition of electrical systems.
- Carrying out remedial work as needed to ensure installations meet safety standards and regulations.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the latest electrical regulations.
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing clear explanations of required work.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs.
Requirements:
- 2391
- NVQ L3 or equivalent
- 18th
- Proven experience in carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
- Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Full UK driving license.
