Your New CompanyYour new company is a specialist in engineering services, utilising a state-of-the-art workshop to repair, maintain and service a large variety of machinery and engineering equipment. With a strong track record of success in client satisfaction, the company is looking to expand its team with a skilled Electronic Technician. Your New RoleAs an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment on our workshop floor. Your tasks will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to machinery, electronic components, and instrumentation.
  • Collaborating with engineers and workshop staff to optimise equipment performance.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance of electronic equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assisting in the installation and commissioning of electronic equipment.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of electronic circuits, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling delicate components and following technical documentation.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
