The Role: As a Water Treatment Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing and expanding my client's water treatment operations. Your role will involve:

  • Driving sales, spearheading business development, and managing key accounts with finesse.
  • Collaborating closely with the Water Treatment team on cutting-edge hygiene and treatment projects.
  • Providing expert technical guidance to empower and support the team.
  • Leading training initiatives to elevate staff skills and performance.
  • Conducting service work on client sites to uphold exceptional standards.
  • Supporting compliance and ensuring all relevant accreditations are maintained.
  • Enjoying a flexible hybrid work setup, splitting your time between the office, home, and various site visits from Monday to Friday.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in Water Treatment and Water Hygiene.
  • A background in sales, business development, account management or advisory roles within the industry.
  • Strong technical expertise paired with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work from their Northern office (Liverpool)
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
