Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
  • Coordinating and managing schedules, appointments and deadlines
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Conducting research and compiling data for consideration and presentation by executives
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking and itinerary preparation
  • Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the management is well prepared
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
