All staff must be available to work afternoon shifts when demand increases which will be, Monday - Thursday 14.00 - 22.00 and Friday 11.00 - 16.00.
Temporary to Permanent


Our client in the Speke area is currently seeking Line Setter's to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. They will be responsible for the effective utilisation and co-ordination of the machinery under their control, including ensuring product quality conforms to the required standards, equipment performs to production targets and remains in safe working state at all times. Full training will be provided.

The main duties of a Line Setter are:
  • Working on the production line Ensuring machines are running correctly Impact and Quality checking
  • Responsible for ensuring all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to, including hygiene.
  • Responsible for removing tooling, auditing, and completing machine tooling cleans.
  • Identify potential process improvements, and ad hoc production issues.
  • Work with Productivity Manager to find solutions and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate production, process, and quality records.

To apply for the role of Production Operative you must:
  • Must be able to work shift rotation Have experience in setting high speed machinery.
  • Have sound written and oral English communication skills.
  • Trade qualification in Engineering, Electrical or Automotive desirable.
  • Sound mechanical aptitude and a high trouble shooting ability.
  • Experience in metal or allied industry would be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge in OHS & E. First aid trained desirable.
  • Forklift licence desirable.
