Vaisto Recruitment is working in Partnership with a leading Northwest accountancy practice in their search for an Accounts Director / Partner to join their established Liverpool office. 聽This is a newly created role which will work alongside the Partners, to support the firms continued growth and development. 聽 聽The ideal candidate will be a Director, or experienced Senior Manager ready to take a step up. 聽Extensive experience in general practice is essential, together with strong management skills / the ability to lead and motivate a team. 聽 Accounts / General Practice - Director / Partner Key Responsibilities:聽 路Overall responsibility for a client portfolio, developing key client relationships and championing excellence in client service 路Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards through successful management and delegation to managers and the wider team 路Collaborating closely with the Partners in business development and networking opportunities Accounts / General Practice Director / Partner - Essential Skills and Experience:- Proven experience in managing a client portfolio at Senior Manager or Director level within an accounting practice. - Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition. - Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide a team. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client relations. - A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). 聽 Accounts / General Practice Director / Partner Benefits:聽 路An opportunity to make this newly created role your own, with unrivalled opportunity for progression 路Flexible working 路Generous holiday entitlements and wider benefits package
