Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions: cloud accounting, accounts for audit and technical accounting
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Supervise and/or manage a team of accountants
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes
- Work closely with team members to develop their professional careers
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Manager' should have:
- A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Client Management
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
