Your new firm:A market leading independent practice with a regional presence is seeking to appoint a new Accounts and Outsourcing Semi-Senior into their Liverpool office. Overall, this firm is a fantastic choice for a candidate seeking a firm that comprises a strong training and social environment, whilst valuing ED&I.Your new role:Reporting to the Partners, the Accounts Manager will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients within the SME sector, providing accountancy and advisory services as required.This role will include:- Ensuring accountancy and advisory services are provided to the highest standard and fully compliant with all legislative requirements.- Establishing, maintaining and developing close working relationships with agreed portfolio of clients.- Ensuring accounts are prepared to time and in accordance with accounting standards.- Deal with queries and requests from clients and when they arise.- Undertaking reviews pf draft accounts prepared by team, ensuring accuracy and quality of work is maintained to agreed standards.- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve standard requirements.
