Accounts Receivable ManagerLocation: Liverpool Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + BonusAdaptable Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a dynamic, fast-growing business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Manager to establish and lead the Accounts Receivable function within a newly created Shared Service Centre. This is a unique opportunity for a driven finance professional to build a high performing AR team, develop processes from the ground up, and implement systems that will support the company's ambitious growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the Accounts Receivable function within a newly established Shared Service Centre.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing AR team.
  • Design and implement efficient processes and controls to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee system selection and implementation to support AR operations.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cash flow and reduce aged debt.
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership on AR performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in setting up an Accounts Receivable function within a Shared Service Centre
  • Strong track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AR processes and controls.
  • System implementation and automation expertise
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business.
