Description
- Leading and managing audit and accounting projects
- Providing expert financial advice to a diverse client portfolio
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality financial reports
- Implementing financial strategies and policies
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the team
- Contributing to the firm's business development activities
Profile
A successful Audit & Accounts Manager should have:
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Proven management experience within the professional services industry
- Strong understanding of audit and accounting practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Minimum of 6/7 years of UK practice experience required.
