Your new roleAs Client Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering an exceptional service using cloud accounting technology. The role involves onboarding new clients, overseeing management accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns, and providing client support. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in cloud accounting software. You will also support staff, manage workflow, and contribute to the growth of the department.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for the Client Manager role should have a relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent experience (QBE), robust knowledge of cloud software like Xero, Dext, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should possess effective leadership skills, the ability to train and develop the team, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities. Adaptability to evolving technologies and the ability to work independently are essential.
